Warehouse
Our warehouse facility spans over 3,000 square meters, enabling us to hold inventory exceeding 8 million square meters at any given time.
Film Coating Workshop
Our facility operates two active film coating lines and one for trial production. Each line produces about 100,000 to 110,000 square meters daily, totaling over 3 million square meters monthly.
Coating Workshop
Our workshop houses eight coating lines, utilized for solvent coating production across a diverse range of products. We currently produce over 100 different products, with a monthly capacity exceeding 5 million square meters. Additionally, the workshop is equipped with two water purification units, ensuring all coating liquids are made with purified water.
Cutting Workshop
Our workshop is segmented based on the final product's shape, comprising two main areas: the roll cutting and the sheet cutting sections.
Slitting Rewinding Workshop
Currently equipped with six slitter rewinders and two dry slitter rewinders, this workshop boasts fully automated sorting and packaging capabilities. Its monthly production capacity reaches approximately 2.4 million square meters.
Sheeting Workshop
This workshop operates with four slitting machines, one rewinder, and two paper cutting machines. Adhering to a 100% manual inspection standard, we ensure that all products are flawless before leaving the factory. Our monthly production capacity is about 1 million square meters.
Rewinding workshop
In our rewinding workshop, we operate six slitting machines and two dry slitting machines. This allows for a monthly production capacity of over 2.4 million square meters.
Inspection center
Our center is equipped with 10 desktop printers and six large-format printers. Additionally, we have 3 grammage meters, 2 gloss meters, 2 whiteness meters, and 3 paper cutting machines to ensure comprehensive quality control.
Packaging workshop
Packaging workshop：
Featuring 2 fully automatic packing machines, our workshop is capable of dispatching goods on the same day they are ready, ensuring daily clearance of all products.
Quality control
At Imatec, our dedication to quality is evident in every phase of our process. From the initial selection of raw materials to the final delivery, each step is meticulously managed and controlled under our strict quality assurance protocols. We ensure the integrity of our products through rigorous random testing of each shipment before it leaves our factory. Only those batches that meet our high standards are approved for release.
